Corporate diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI) policies are often like organisation’s values: words on a page. Only culture can bring values, and DEI to life.

Commonly my clients face working in organisations whose words outwardly say they support diversity, but whose behaviors do not.

I’m often referred to as a coach, but the role of a coach is generally to listen and offer perspective. As an advisor I bring 21 years experience of coaching, research, personal study, collaboration with therapists, and training to listen, but also offer specific guidance.
