2,000 Opticians Unlock Success

The Hakim Group invited Jez to speak at their annual conference with a keynote presentation to 2,000 independent opticians at the Telford International Centre in England.

Knowing how important it is to set the right tone at a business conference, by kicking off the event with energy and interesting content that both inspires and educates, The Hakim Group asked Jez to be the opening keynote speaker.

Jez tailored a presentation on the topic of Unlock Your Success, showing how to use human behaviour hacks and simple changes to help discover the best version of ourselves, challenging the popular notion that focusing on high performance is the answer.

He shared insights from his own research, and work with high performing organisations and teams across business, sport, and government, with key takeaways for everyone in the audience.
